1 designer/ visualizer
2 people "on the hook" that is, they can perform machine work from a series of typing or digitizing in the autocad.
We can also add to our team such specialists:
2-3 Architects
2 Constructors
2 chief architects 55 years old+
Skills:
All designers have 3+ years of experience, age 26-30 years. Hardware and software available (i7/1060), 2 gigabit Internet channels.
From the soft Skill: Revit (we have been working 95% in it for the last 4 years), of course Autocad, PhotoShop, 3DsMAX, office applications, Rhinoceros, InfraWorks, working with point clouds.We also try Unreal Engine 4/5 a little, we learn quickly. Almost everyone's English is average (B1), one person knows at a high level.
Job search is related to the fact that we are residents of Odessa (Ukraine)... and as you know, in our country there is no time for designing now, but there is something you need. I will also be glad of any recommendations and advice .
